Heart Joy Meditation

Heart Joy Meditation provides free classes on learning the basics of meditation.  It is a heart based approach, where you will learn how to unwind and bring more calmness, joy, and harmony into your system.  Instead focusing on what thoughts are going through your mind, our approach is on the spiritual heart and its qualities - love, joy, compassion.  We feel this brings more balance and provides an alternate way of meditating that may work for you.  Each individual is different, and one approach may work while another may not, which is why we provide different techniques to find one that suits you. 
Our beginner's classes are held once each week, for about three weeks long.  There will be visualizations, breathing, and concentration exercises as part of the program.
